Neil Parker joined Drucker & Falk, LLC in 1995 in the Newport News office. Mr. Parker has over twenty-five years in the real estate industry and is currently involved with the management of office, retail, and industrial properties totaling over 950,000 square feet. The clients he serves include Sterling American Properties, Inc.; Eastdil Advisors; Bellmawr, LLC; Virby, LLC; Fireman’s Fund Life Insurance; Green Dot, Inc.; State Farm Insurance Company; Governors Green Associates; Lifter Enterprises; and Mooring Financial Services Corporation.

Mr. Parker previously held senior management positions with Armada/Hoffler Real Estate Company, Read Commercial Properties, Inc., and Couch and Associates. A graduate of Old Dominion University, with a Bachelor of Science degree, he was awarded his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 1980.

He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, The National Association of Realtors, and The Peninsula Board of Realtors.
