Paul Hansen

Paul Hansen joined Drucker and Falk, LLC in its Newport News office in July of 2009. Paul has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. His experience includes the acquisition, development, brokerage and asset management of commercial property. Prior to his current employment with Drucker and Falk, LLC, Paul was Vice President and Director of the Virginia office of Starmount Company. He was responsible for the acquisition and asset management of a 45 million dollar portfolio. This portfolio included national tenants and contained Class A office, flex and retail development. Paul’s real estate experience in the Hampton Roads area includes having previously worked for Drucker and Falk, LLC in its Sales and Leasing Division. Paul has extensive brokerage experience in investment and sales. He has received various sales & leasing awards from the Commercial Real Estate Council.

Paul is involved with various civic and trade organizations including the Hampton Roads Association for commercial Real Estate (HRACRE), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce. He is also very involved with local ministries including being Chairman of the Board of Street Missions and Restoration Team, Inc.

A native of Boston, Massachusetts, Paul now lives in Williamsburg, Virginia with his wife and three children.
