Mac Houtz
Commercial Sales and Leasing Associate

Mac Houtz comes to Drucker and Falk LLC with a background in land and timber sales, property management, and building construction. He is involved in many different areas of the commercial market, including land sales and development, investment sales, and retail and industrial sales and leasing. While active in the local Peninsula markets, he also spends a great deal of time working on projects in the Middle Peninsula communities of Gloucester and Mathews.

A native and lifelong resident of Gloucester County, Virginia, Mac is a 2002 graduate of The College of William and Mary, with a double major in english and history. He is actively involved with the Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate, the Hampton Roads Partnership Ambassador program, and is continuing his real estate education through CCIM. Mac is a pilot and a former sportfishing guide, and spends most of his free time fishing the lower Chesapeake Bay. He currently resides in Gloucester with his wife Megan and daughter Charlotte.
