EMIL GODUTI, CPM

DIRECTOR

Emil Goduti has been in the employ of Drucker & Falk, LLC since 1973 and holds a BBA degree from Southern Methodist University where he majored in finance. In 1976 he was awarded his Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management.

In 1979 Mr. Goduti was appointed as a Regional Director, based out of Richmond with responsibilities from Petersburg to Arlington, Virginia. His duties included the management of apartment communities, retail centers, and office buildings. Emil returned to the Newport News in 1986 where he was appointed Director of Commercial Property Management responsible for 2.7 million square feet of commercial space including office, retail, industrial, and facility management for corporate owners. He has also has been involved in asset management, feasibility studies, commercial sales and leasing and receivership services.

Over the years he has served on boards of numerous associations and municipal boards, and is always ready to put forth whatever efforts are necessary to improve the professionalism of the real estate industry.
