Emil Goduti has been in the employ of Drucker & Falk, LLC since 1973. With a BBA degree from Southern Methodist University’s School of Business in Finance and Real Estate and destined for employment in the banking industry, Mr. Goduti decided on joining Drucker & Falk because the bank paid $25.00 less per week as an assistant bank manager. This decision turned out to be better than planned.

Upon joining Drucker & Falk, Mr. Goduti entered the company’s in-house management training program where he learned all of Drucker & Falk's aspects and management policies. In 1975 he graduated to Property Manager of apartments in Eastern Virginia and Charlotte, North Carolina. In 1976 he was awarded his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management, making him the youngest receiver of this designation at that time.

In 1979 Mr. Goduti was appointed Regional Director, West with all management responsibilities from Petersburg to Arlington, Virginia including Virginia’s capital city, Richmond, where his responsibilities included 11 apartment communities, 2 retail centers, and a 90,000 square foot office building. Richmond was also his first introduction into commercial property management which became the basis for his next promotion.

Mr. Goduti returned to the home office in 1986 where he was appointed Director of Commercial Property Management to oversee a total of 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space. Currently, Drucker & Falk, LLC manages over 3,000,000 square feet of Industrial, Office, Retail, Office Condos, and free standing buildings.

Over the years Mr. Goduti has served on boards of numerous associations and municipal boards, and is always ready to put forth effort to improve the professionalism of the real estate industry.
