With Drucker & Falk since 1998, David Hudgins specializes in investment properties and developments: multifamily, retail centers, and office buildings. He is a 2003 graduate of the Peninsula Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute of Commerce and is actively involved with the Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate Council, Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, and the Williamsburg and Peninsula Builders Associations. David Hudgins successfully completed the CCIM program at the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and the Virginia Brokers program.

Before coming to Drucker & Falk, David Hudgins worked in the real estate management field for Insignia Financial Corp. and Lincoln Property Corp. A graduate of Ferrum College, he holds a B.S. in Business Managament.

David Hudgins lives in Williamsburg with his wife and daughter.
