DAVID A. ASHLEY
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER

David A. Ashley joined Drucker & Falk in 2001 with over 15 years experience in commercial property management, marketing, and development. His former affiliations with Carley Management Company, Advantis Commercial Real Estate, and Thalhimer Cushman Wakefield provide a wealth of experience from which to draw. David currently manages over 1,500,000 square feet of retail, office, industrial, and commercial condominium space where his experience in property operations, expense controls, collections, service negotiations, value analysis, building systems, and construction provide strong add-value services to our valuable clients.

In addition to his many contributions in the areas of property and facilities management, purchasing, preventative maintenance, performance analysis, and data base management, David was awarded Property Manager of the Year by Carley Capital Group, developed a Real Estate Tax Analysis and Appeal division for Advantis Commercial Real Estate, and was a major contributor to and author of the CMC National Facilities Management Manual.

Clients served include Chase Federal Savings Bank, Crown Life Assurance Company, Nationwide Insurance Company, BGK Properties, Inc., Mutual Benefit Life Assurance Company, Carley Capital Group, First Virginia Banks, Inc., RCC Property Advisors, Bernstein Management Corporation, and State Farm Insurance Company.

David is Vice President of the Busch Corporate Center Condominium Association, is actively involved in coaching seasonal Little League Softball and divisional All Star teams, and is a member of his neighborhood Civic League.
