Brian J. Mello has been involved with brokering various types of commercial real estate to include office, retail, investment, and industrial land ranging from Richmond to Hampton Roads. Currently his portfolio includes space ranging in size from 1,000 sq. ft to 100,000 sq. ft plus. Brian also provides buyer/tenant representation for clients to assist in the selection of suitable locations for their businesses. He is involved in various commercial trade organizations including HRACRE and CREC. He continues his professional education through programs such as CCIM. Brian graduated from the University of Virginia.
