ALAN E. MEETZE
Director

Alan E. Meetze is the Director of the Virginia Commercial Sales and Leasing Division of Drucker and Falk, LLC. Since he joined the division in 1991, Alan has distinguished himself as hardworking and dedicated. In addition to overseeing the Virginia sales and leasing operations, he brokers all types of commercial real estate (ie. investment, industrial, land, retail) in the Mid-Atlantic region and also represents local and national buyers/ tenants in the selection of sites. Alan’s exceptional performance is recognized by his peers outside of Drucker & Falk as well: he has received numerous “Sales & Leasing” awards from the Commercial Real Estate Council. He is involved in various trade and civic organizations such as CCIM, Commercial Real Estate Council (2 year board member), Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Real Estate (Membership Committee), and the Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce Leadership Institute. Alan is a past President of the Leadership Institute Alumni Association. He has also served as the President of the Peninsula Chapter of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association.

Alan Meetze graduated from Virginia Tech with a double major in Marketing and Business Management. A native of Yorktown, VA, Alan now lives in Poquoson.
