| The North Carolina Commercial Sales & Leasing Division
has well-established business relationships with individual
real estate owners. Division Managers work with a broad
range of clients on a daily basis to assist them in
acquisition of new properties, disposition of properties
owned and repositioning of real estate portfolios. Maintaining
a close relationship with lending and other institutions
has enabled the Division to provide consistant, constant
support and success to their clients. The total scope
of services includes: land sales for development, multifamily
community acquisitions and sales, and commercial leasing
and management of retail and office properties.
Division Managers are actively involved with local
economic boards, Chambers of Commerce, and other industry
related organizations such as the Raleigh Board of Realtors,
the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the
Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors.
Well seasoned business relationships, combined with
market familiarity and a continued confidence of their
